9. We were looking for something decent to leave our things for a week. We found gold. Top-notch apartments. Now we're thinking about coming here to spend the winter. Yuri is top. He responded quickly and to the point. We checked in early. We checked out much later, no extra charges. Now we're heading to the airport feeling great and I'm writing this review. I want to note that out of 6 different types of accommodation during our vacation, I only left a review here.

12. Great place to stay! Quiet surroundings, perfect for a relaxing holiday. No parties allowed. Excellent, spotless gym. The infinity pool was stunning. A 7-Eleven within walking distance. Tasty Thai restaurants nearby. Surin Beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

13. The stay was superb and the view was stunning, exactly as promised. The infinity pools were definitely the highlight, and Yuriy was very responsive. Worth noting that the grounds are quite hilly, so be ready to climb some stairs. All in all a great stay — would definitely recommend.

15. Amazing value for money. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. No complaints about the room or owner. The walk to the stores nearby is slightly long but pleasant. The restaurants nearby are very good and there are grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend.

20. We were absolutely blessed to have booked this space. We were in Phuket for about 22 days and the place felt like home. Highly recommended and it's going to be permanent address whenever I visit next. I never felt out of home. Grocery stores, massages and coffee shops at walkable distance. Safe and clean surroundings with gorgeous view. Loved every minute of our stay. Juri is a responsive and extremely helpful host. Worth the money, worth the view. Thank you for everything.

22. My wife and I stayed here for just over a week and we loved every second. Close enough to local restaurants, shopping centres and nightlife, but tucked out the way so nice and quiet at night. Room and resort are great value for money, excellent pools, rooftop pools with amazing views, Juri is a great host, very responsive and extremely informative! Would stay again :)

23. I spent almost 3 weeks in this accommodation, which wasn't originally planned, the host agreed to extend my stay without any problems. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and very well located if you want to be away from "mass tourism". Very peaceful, the residence offers many options such as several pools, restaurants… and even concerts some evenings! I strongly recommend this accommodation and its owner. Be kind and your stay will go well.

29. Great apartment with stunning view, everything you need available. Condo area is veery big, a lot of buildings and roads up&down. Smoth check in and extended a bit check out time. With my broken foot I was supported a lot from the host side.

43. The stay was very pleasant, as was Juri as a host. He always replied quickly, and the lady who looked after us was very helpful. The furniture shows some signs of wear and you can hear pretty much everything that happens in the hallways. That's why we were woken up at night and early in the morning because many people haven't learned to close a door properly or that you shouldn't be shouting around at 2 o'clock in the morning. Unfortunately, the landlord can't influence inconsiderate people. The apartment is otherwise in a great location and we had – apart from the neighbors – a wonderful time! :)

We also loved the rooftop bar. The space was great and the onsite manager, Ms. Ning was so helpful and responsive with anything we needed.

55. We loved our stay at Juri’s place, it felt like home and had a very comfortable feel to it. The bed was comfortable and I requested an extra pillow since there was 3 pillows and two of us. This was actioned immediately. After a slight miscommunication about where to find the key we were easily able to find the apartment and had an amazing view. A couple of nice touches with tea and coffee and some little snacks which were great. We loved the location and the amenities there are great with the rooftop pool and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

59. Stayed for a month. Great spot for a great price. Had a wonderful time at Juri’s place, was super comfortable with a great view. If you compare to other small studios in Phuket, it’s a bit more expensive but the quality is better. Beautiful bathroom with plenty of stone counter space for all your products, very nice shower with boiling hot water if you prefer. Couldn’t figure out how to watch Netflix on the TV but who’s watching TV here haha. Two gyms and a library, restaurant, cafe, as well as a Starbucks all on property. You will want a scooter as the area is not super walkable. Best of all Juri was super nice and friendly.
