By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy” and submitting the form, I, as the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the owner of the website phuketreal24.com (“Phuket Real 24”) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.
1. What data I provide
- first and last name;
- phone number;
- email address — if I have provided it;
- details of the planned stay: dates, apartment category, number of guests, comment;
- technical information about my request: date and time, page address, anonymised IP address, browser.
2. For what purpose
- handling my request and booking an apartment;
- contacting me about the request — by phone, messengers or email;
- concluding and performing the rental agreement and settling payments under it;
- proving that this consent was obtained.
3. What processing I allow
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer to the parties listed in section 4, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — by mixed means, both automated and manual.
4. Who the data may be shared with
- LitePMS (litepms.ru) — the booking system where the booking is created;
- Telegram — notifying the owner about the request;
- the receiving party in Thailand — for check-in and performance of the agreement.
5. Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid for 3 years from the date it is given, or until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time by emailing phuketreal24@gmail.com or by messaging us on Telegram. After withdrawal, processing stops and the data is deleted — except for data the controller is required by law to keep and the record of the consent itself.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that the data provided is mine, and that I am acting voluntarily. If I do not give consent, the request cannot be sent through the website — I can still contact you by phone or messenger.
The consent is recorded in a log: we store the date and time, the consent wording, the document version, the name and phone number you entered, an anonymised IP address and your browser. The full IP address is not stored.
