In peak season (20 Dec – 10 Mar) the prepayment is 50%. Early check-in and late check-out on request, for an extra charge.

The deposit is refunded at check-out. Utilities are charged by meter, roughly 80 and 120 ฿ per day.

The essentials
- How much is the prepayment?
- 10% of the booking total; 50% in peak season (20 Dec – 10 Mar).
- Is there a deposit on arrival?
- Yes, a refundable deposit is taken at check-in: 5,000 THB for one-bedroom apartments and 10,000 THB for two-bedroom apartments. It is returned when you check out.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 14:30, check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request for an extra charge.
- Are there discounts for longer stays?
- Yes, and they apply automatically: 5% off from 10 nights, 10% from 14, 15% from 22 and 25% from 28. For stays of 30 nights or more, the monthly rate applies.
- How far is the beach?
- The beach is about 750 metres away — about 12–15 minutes on foot.
- How can I pay?
- We accept cash in Thai baht, baht transfer to a Thai bank card, rubles to a Russian bank card, tenge, EUR or USD to a Kazakhstan bank card, cash in EUR and USD, USDT (crypto).
- Do the apartments have a kitchen and a washing machine?
- Yes. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, plus dedicated 300 Mbps internet and TV with channels from over 100 countries.
- Can guests use the complex facilities?
- Yes, all the facilities of the complex are open to our guests: 6 swimming pools: 4 on the rooftops, 2 with pool bars, restaurant, Starbucks café, rooftop café, 2 gyms, 2 kids’ playrooms, 2 covered car parks and parking by the buildings, library and co-working space, lounge garden.
