Gym in the Mida Grande Resort complex

Apartment rental in Phuket means renting a separate furnished apartment inside a residential complex, not a hotel room: your own kitchen, washing machine, and balcony instead of standard hotel service. Two types of companies handle this — agencies that simply list other owners’ units, and management companies that own the apartments themselves or are directly responsible for them. Phuket Real 24 is the second kind: we manage 14 apartments in the Mida Grande Resort complex on Surin, 10 of which we own.

How apartment rental differs from a hotel

Apartments don’t come with daily housekeeping or a front desk by default, but they do have a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dedicated 300 Mbps internet, and a TV with channels from over 100 countries — a place you can actually live in, not just a hotel room. At the same time, the whole complex infrastructure — pools, gyms, restaurants — is available just as it is for hotel guests. For a detailed comparison, see apartments or a hotel in Phuket.

Who rents out apartments in Phuket

Mostly it’s either intermediary agencies that list units on behalf of different owners and aren’t always accountable for the state of a specific apartment, or management companies that hold a portfolio of apartments in one complex and handle check-in, cleaning, and service themselves. The second option usually means more predictable conditions, since the company answers for its own apartments instead of forwarding the question to a third party. We manage 14 apartments ranging from 40 to 69 m² in a single complex — Mida Grande Resort.

How much does apartment rental in Phuket cost

Our prices start from 990 THB per night and 22,500 THB per month — that’s the lower bound under our current price list, and the exact total depends on the apartment category and the season you book. For a full breakdown by category, season, and long-term contract, see Phuket apartment rent 2026: monthly prices by category.

How to check a management company before booking

Ask for the exact address and the complex name, request a photo or view of the specific apartment you’re booking rather than a generic catalog shot, and compare the terms — deposit, check-in time, payment methods — against what they actually send you in writing. With us, for example, check-in is from 14:30, and the refundable deposit at check-in is 5,000 THB for a 1-bedroom apartment and 10,000 THB for a 2-bedroom one; these numbers are fixed and the same for every booking.

If you’re planning a long-term stay and want to understand the details in advance — season, category, contract format — see also Phuket for a month: how to choose an apartment and browse the apartments catalog. Or just ask directly — message us on Telegram @MidaGrandePhuket24 and we’ll answer for your specific dates and category.
