How much do 2-bedroom apartments cost
Nightly rates run from 1,890 THB in low season (20 May–19 Sep) to 11,690 THB at the New Year peak (24 Dec–10 Jan), and the rate is the same for both categories. Bookings of 10+ nights get a 5% discount, 14+ nights 10%, 22+ nights 15%, 28+ nights 25%. Stays of 30+ nights switch to the monthly rate instead — from 42,500 THB in low season up to 209,000 THB at the peak. The refundable deposit on check-in is 10,000 THB for either category. Cleaning with a linen change for a 2-bedroom unit is 1,500 THB, without a linen change 1,000 THB, on request. Utilities billed by meter run about 120 THB a day.
What actually differs between Family and Grande Luxury
Family 2 Bedroom Ocean View — sea view, floor 5, building 1, sleeps 5: a King Size bed, a Double Size bed, a sofa bed and a crib on request. Two bathrooms.
Grande Luxury 2 Bedroom Ocean View — panoramic sea view, 69 m², floor 7, building 7, sleeps 4: a King Size bed, a 160×200 Double Size bed, a sofa bed and a crib on request. Also two bathrooms.
Since the price is the same, the choice is not about budget — it is about what matters more: Family’s capacity for five on a lower floor, or Grande Luxury’s panoramic view from a high floor.
Who actually needs two bedrooms
