Daily Apartment Rental in Phuket: What to Check Before Booking
How to rent apartments in Phuket for a few days or a week: what to clarify about check-in and check-out, the deposit, the prepayment and the payment methods, so that there are no surprises on arrival.
A short trip leaves no margin for error. On a long winter stay unsuitable accommodation can be endured or changed, but on a week-long trip a problem with check-in eats up a noticeable part of the holiday.
Let us go through what to clarify before booking, so that there are no surprises on arrival.
Check-in and check-out times
The first thing worth comparing against your flight tickets. Flights from Russia and the CIS often arrive early in the morning or late in the evening, and that regularly clashes with standard check-in times.
With us:
- check-in from 14:30;
- check-out by 11:00;
- early check-in or late check-out — on request, for an extra charge.
What to do about it in practice: if you arrive in the morning, ask about early check-in in advance, not on the day of arrival. The same goes for late check-out if your flight is at night. An arrangement known about a week ahead is settled calmly; the same request on the day of arrival depends on whether the apartments have been vacated.
Prepayment and deposit
The second point where misunderstandings most often arise. Clarify both figures separately — they are different things.
Prepayment (secures the booking):
- 10% of the booking value;
- in the peak season (20 December – 10 March) — 30%.
Refundable deposit on check-in (a security deposit, returned on check-out):
- one-bedroom apartments — 5000 THB;
- two-bedroom apartments — 10000 THB.
The deposit is worth taking into account when planning — you will need this sum on check-in, even if the whole rental has already been paid for.
Payment methods
For guests from Russia and Kazakhstan this is often the most nerve-racking question. We accept:
- cash baht;
- a baht transfer to a Thai card;
- roubles to a Russian card;
- tenge, EUR, USD to a Kazakh card;
- cash EUR and USD;
- USDT cryptocurrency.
Being able to pay in roubles or tenge removes the question of international transfers. Clarify the method in advance, so that you are not looking for a solution on the day of payment.

What is included and what is not
On a short booking it is important to understand the boundaries. Cleaning with us is on request and charged separately:

The real distance to the beach
On a short trip every day counts, so the journey to the sea is not a trifle.
Ask for the figure in metres. “Close to the beach” in listings can mean 300 metres and 3 kilometres alike.

≈ 750 metres to the beach is roughly 12–15 minutes on foot. Over a week that means you will get to the sea as many times as you want, not as many times as you manage to arrange.
What there is on the grounds
On a short trip the on-site infrastructure settles the question of the days when the beach does not work out: too hot, rain, or you simply do not feel like going anywhere.

- 6 swimming pools: 4 on the roof, 2 with bars;
- a restaurant, a Starbucks cafe, a rooftop cafe;
- 2 gyms;
- 2 children’s playrooms;
- a library-coworking space;
- a garden lounge;

Which option to choose for a short stay
We manage 7 apartments, with areas from 40 to 69 m², on floors 1–9.
A couple or a couple with a child. A one-bedroom option is enough: up to 3 guests, a King Size bed, a sofa bed and a child’s bed.
- Deluxe Ocean View 40 m² — sea view, floors 5–7;
- Deluxe Ocean View 45 m² — the same conditions, slightly more space, high floors;
- Deluxe Pool View 40 m² — pool view, ground floor.
A family or two couples. A two-bedroom option with two bathrooms:
- Family 2 Bedroom 54 m² — up to 5 guests;
- Grande 2 Bedroom Ocean View 69 m² — up to 4 guests;
- Grande 2 Bedroom Jungle View 69 m² — up to 5 guests;
- Grande Luxury 69 m² — panoramic view, 7th floor.

About the view: on a short trip the difference between a sea view and a pool view is felt less than on a long one — you spend more time out of the apartment. If your budget is limited, this is a sensible place to save.
About the price and the length of stay
The base price is from 2000 THB per night. The final price depends on the dates, the length of stay and the option; it is calculated by the booking module on the site.
One point worth knowing: the 10% discount applies to bookings from 14 days. If your trip is close to that threshold — say, 12 days — it is sometimes more advantageous to take 14 days and get the discount. Calculate both options.

About the season
The peak season in Phuket is 20 December – 10 March. In that period our prepayment is 30% instead of 10%, and that is an indicator of general occupancy: for the high season accommodation is taken in advance.
